Eligibility
We accept adult residents referred by Regional Centers or private sources. Prospective residents must be ambulatory and meet California licensing criteria.

How to Apply

• Call us to schedule a tour and initial assessment.

• We’ll work with case managers to develop an individual service plan (ISP).

• A transition plan will be created to support a smooth move-in process.
